After checkout, send 2–5 high-resolution photos of your pet via live chat or email: pawsinmemory@gmail.com.

3. Share Your Customization Details
Please include the following with your photos:

• Design number (e.g. A-1)

• Color preference (Color or Black & White)

• Required size (in inches, cm, or pixels)

• Special requests (e.g. background color, glasses, props, etc.)

4. Review Your Proof
Within 1–2 business days, we’ll send you a draft for review. Need any changes? Let us know—we want you to love the final result.

5. Receive Your Final Artwork
After you approve the design, we’ll email you the high-resolution digital file—perfect for printing, framing, or gifting.
